This may be the worst national title game in the history of college football on the offensive side of the ball. Neither team has a quarterback that's ever mediocre or an offense that's capable of putting up 20 points in this game. Sure you can say the defenses are soooooo good but in truth these teams are offensively challenged and McCaron is pretty much garbage and can't throw to save his life and is lucky that he has Trent Richardson to cover up his terrible QB play. As for Jordan Jefferson he can't throw either and more often than not the honey badger has to bail him out with a big play on defense or special teams.
With all the scoring in the bowl games this year I hope LSU smashes Alabama by 20 points and it causes an uproar about the BCS system but I sincerely doubt LSU will put up 20 points. What I don't understand is how the Seahawks played the Browns earlier this year in the same sort of game as LSU vs Bama and had a similar score but somehow all the analyst took out the negatives but when it comes to the "mighty SEC" its a game of the century of two great defenses what a joke.
Dear BCS,
The SEC isn't really that good and is overrated in a lot of aspects and LSU is really lucky that they didn't play Oklahoma State, Wisconsin, Oregon or Stanford because they would get their asses whooped over and over and the honey badger would turn into Andrew Luck or Brandon Weeden, Russel Wilson, or LaMichael James' red headed step child and get taken to the woodshed.
Overall I don't feel like making a prediction for this game because I think its a joke but if I'm forced to LSU by 17 and Bama's kicker continues the trend of kickers missing field goals in the bowl season.
SEC is overrated -that is all-
