Batman Arkham City Review

I got my copy of Batman Arkham City yesterday and all I have to say so far is WOW! I've never thought about worshiping a video game but this may be the first. Let me break it down for you...
Gameplay: Batman Arkham City  has elaborated on Arkham Asylum and become more diverse in gameplay. You can do side quests and training as well as an even more open world gameplay. It's also easy to get from objective to objective and easy hints on how to use gadgets.
Combat: The combat of the Batman series has been what its known for, and doesn't let you down, the game does seem pretty easy to beat the A.I. but the combos and counters are really smooth and makes the game flow really well. Batman's speed in bouncing between opponents is epic and is similar to Assassin's Creed however a notch above it
Presentation: The graphics are stunning and it looks amazing on even a standard TV such as the one I have. The voice over is good, and Mark Hamill once again steals the show with his voice being the Joker. I also like the inclusion of other Bat villains such as two-face, the Riddler, Mr. Freeze, Penguin, and Hugo Strange. One major knock on the game however, is due to all the villains they don't really expand upon the characters.
Verdict: Although, just a few hours in I love this game and think it's a must own, I'm not a Batman Fan boy by any stretch of the imagination but I think this may be one of the best video games of all time. I will give it a 9.75 with the only ding being the fact that you don't get in-depth with some of the villains.
