This season has been wacky so far and its hard to believe it's a quarter of the way through. The biggest game of the weekend is the Jets vs New England. The Jets offense has looked pretty awful and the Jets have abandoned their running game and let Mark Sanchez lead the team and what a disaster that's been. The Jets defense has been average which is an insult to Rex Ryan who expects to have the best defense in football and they have been manhandled by both Baltimore and Oakland. I'm picking the Patriots to win this game quite easily and the seat will start to warm up for Rex Ryan and Mark "Inconsistent" Sanchez.
The second big game I'm looking forward to is the Packers vs Falcons a rematch of last year's NFC divisional playoff in which the Packers went up and down the field on Atlanta's defense. Atlanta hasn't looked like a playoff team in the least this year, Matt Ryan's been inconsistent and their defense has allowed a lot of points and yards. No one has figured out the Packers offensive juggernaut and if their defense continues to improve I can really see the Pack possibly going 16-0.
Here are the rest of my picks: Titans over Pittsburgh, Giants over Seattle (shocker :p), Bengals over Jaguars, Saints over Carolina, Raiders over Texans (upset 0_0) Bills over Eagles, Chiefs over Colts, Cardinals over Vikings (sorry McNabb), 49ers over Bucs, Patriots over Jets (quite easily), Chargers over Broncos, Packers over Atlanta (I smell but kicking), Bears over Lions
